  • a short walk up Footpath 86 before it stated raining produced a marvellous low flying Buzzard

  • 9 Long Tailed Tits with a couple of Blue Tits
  • Carrion Crows and Magpies
Fairlop Gravel Works, North side:

  • Merlin flashed low through the site
  • 2 Kestrels both seen hovering, and perching on lamp columns (one on Painters Road, and one on Hainault Road)

  • too dark to see much, but I wanted to see if any Golden Plover had arrived, which they had not!
